Company Overview

Maxeff is the brand name of the Adventech complex motor generator developed by Gerald Goche of Sarasota Florida. Over the past decade Mr. Goche has created numerous iterations of this patented proprietary technology (Latest Patent# 10,903, 770), improving with every step. In 2019, Maxeff had established enough momentum to warrant opening a facility that would support small scale remanufacturing, new manufacturing and R&D under one roof. July 2019, our 55,000 SQFT facility in Florence Alabama opened its doors. Currently we have 24 team members which includes Gerald Goche as Director of R&D. Now, with over 3000 units in service, we have provided Adventech technology to customers such as: Coca Cola, PepsiCo, Molson Coors, InBev, Solvay Chemical, Rio Tinto, Noranda, Appleton Estates Rum, North American Lighting…etc. Many customer testimonials and data sharing sessions later, Adventech has recently competed third-party validation with Advanced Energy confirming our efficiency, torque and power factor levels (all remarkable). Adventech has been awarded Alabama Small Manufacturer of the Year 2020 and Solar Impulse Foundation’s #1000 Solutions Award 2021. Induction Electric Motors (IEM) have become indispensable to the industrialized world. EPA research shows that IEM’s alone consume 52% of the energy produced in any industrialized country. Motor designs currently produce negative VAR which causes 25% to 30% of all incoming electricity to be wasted. IEM manufacturers have recognized the inefficiencies and applied multiple iterations of external devices attempting to reduce the amount of wasted energy. These add-on devices fall short of solving the inefficiencies associated with IEM. Maxeff Motor-Generators solve the IEM waste by featuring a combined induction motor/generator circuit unique to electric motor design. The two circuits share the same magnetic field, rotor and stator. This allows Maxeff to produce substantially greater shaft power than similarly rated devices. Unlike all other induction motors, Maxeff has no reactive component; therefore, power consumed is converted to real work.
