Chaaban assumed his current role in 2018 to support the grid firming segment including Thermal Hybrid Operations with renewables and Batteries. Chaaban is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario Canada, holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University, an MBA from Lansbridge University and speaks five languages.
